We are currently recruiting for care workers in the Batley area.
Shifts patterns are: Monday to Sunday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
Experience in care is desirable, we will provide full training provided.
Online enhanced DBS is preferred but we can apply for you.
You must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform tasks or duties depending on Service users’ needs such as personal care, cleaning, preparing meals, administering medication etc
· Support accessing the community such as shopping, appointments, day trips, to the park, cinema etc
· Determine whether a Service User needs to consult with other specialists as part of their care plan
· Attend ongoing training courses to continually advance knowledge
· Act in a professional manner at all times
· Comply with the rules and regulations set by both the company and the industry to provide safe social care services
· Other tasks as required to give patients the highest quality care possible.
Personal Specification:
· Prior professional care experience would be preferred
· A caring, compassionate nature
· NVQ level 2 in health and social care or an equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential as opportunities to undertake and NVQ are provided
· Strong communication skills
· Problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage a busy workload under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.30 per hour
