Position Overview & Specifications

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Variable)

Location: Cranborne House, St Pauls Pl, Bournemouth, BH8 8HF

Salary: £23,478

Hours of Work: Average 42 hrs per week, working between 8am and 8pm and/or 8pm and 8am, on a 4 on- 4 off basis

What you will be doing:

  • Providing a helpful and friendly reception service to our residents including post management, logging maintenance jobs and responding to queries by phone, email and face to face
  • Office administration work utilising resident management systems and Office 365 applications
  • Upholding the standards of CLV’s Service Charter, to ensure the commitments made to our customers are always delivered
  • Dealing with sales queries and viewings
  • Managing the residents stay with CLV, including room inspections, arrears management, incident and complaint management, and property presentation
