Glass Collector/Floor Support

REKOM UK are looking for a member of Floor Support to help with the smooth running of Cameo in Bournemouth.

What can you do for us?

To assist the Management Team by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the operation whilst maintaining brand standards and values. To provide excellent guest service and help to increase sales revenue by providing a friendly, informative welcome to all guests.

The right candidate will be self-motivated, a good communicator, well presented, professional, with excellent operational standards and attention to detail, and should lead by example.

What can we do for you?

· Offer an hourly salary starting at £9.50 per hour;

· You will join the largest late-night operator in Denmark, Norway, Finland and the UK;

· We will supply many support functions via our HUB office and senior management team.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

· working as a member of the floor support team in a designated floor area, and providing help and assistance where required;

· collecting bottles and glasses;

· ensuring bins are emptied as and when necessary ensuring recycling policy is adhered to;

· ensuring bars always have enough cups, ice making sure more is brought to the bar before it runs out;

· ensuring that your designated area is checked periodically throughout the session and logged as required on hazard and housekeeping sheet

· ensuring no floor area is left unattended;

· ensuring that all areas are dry and clear of spillages or cup build up

· making sure public areas are kept clean and clear of any potential hazards

· maintain floor areas in line with operating standards;

· completing all company Polaris training, including refresher courses, as and when required to do so.

All applicants must be well presented, professional, a good communicator with excellent overall operational standards. Candidates must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK.

This is a permanent role that will see you working shift patterns that include evenings and weekends, so you must be flexible in terms of the hours required of you. This is by no means a 9 to 5 role and all applicants should take this into consideration. Our team love what they do! We have a passion for providing an experience second to none.
