Sales Assistant Role - Great opportunity to break into the kids' TV industry

We are looking for an organised and efficient Sales Assistant to provide support to a very busy team. If you are a multitasker with great organisation and admin skills, we would love to hear from you!

ABOUT US:

CAKE is one of the world’s leading independent entertainment companies specialising in the production and distribution of kids' TV shows. We work with brands like Angry Birds, Total Drama, Lucas The Spider, Mush-Mush & The Mushables and more.

DETAILS:

• Full-Time Position
• Hours: 40 hours a week, flexible working (core hours 10-4)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Soho, London -Hybrid working 3 days in the office / 2 days from home
• Some overseas travel

THE ROLE:

Supporting and working alongside our busy sales team:

• Directly responsible for tracking sales and broadcast information - creating availability reports, information sheets, presentations and other promotional materials.
• Entering sales information on rights management system and helping deliver producer reports.
• Maintaining client database including researching and contacting new clients.
• Helping with agendas and international travel and markets. Opportunity to attend a trade show in Cannes.
• Liaising between the sales team and other departments including production, marketing, legal and finance.
• Future opportunities for sales in smaller territories and inflight.

YOUR PROFILE:

• A knowledge and enthusiasm for kids’ television.
• A desire to progress in this type of role.
• Excellent attention to detail, good communication and writing skills and ability to work effectively while multi-tasking under pressure.
• Knowledge of rights management systems, Excel and PowerPoint would be useful.
• Fluency in another language would be beneficial.
