Casual Food and Beverage Assistant

An exciting opportunity has developed at Doubletree By Hilton Bristol South, one of Bristol's leading hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistants to assist be part of the team in the day to day operation of our prestigious Marco Pierre White Restaurant. Serving dishes with locally sourced produce in stylish surroundings for 100+ covers in the main restaurant and 50 covers in our stylish conservatory extension.

You will ensure that both standards and specifications are met, ensuring service delivery will be an occasion for all guests.

Key Tasks will involve:

- Looking professional, being punctual, polite, courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times.

- Being inspirational, going out of your way to make the guest journey, one they will never forget.

- Being flexible in responsibilities, work as a team deliver inspiration customer service together!

- Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered by the hotel and whenever appropriate, offer this information to the guest.

- Ensure Company policies and procedures are adhered to in line with Company standards and Financial Audits.
