Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our Marco Pierre White Bardolino Restaurant, in our award winning Health Club at Doubletree By Hilton Cadbury House in Congresbury.

We are looking for a candidate to take on the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager with the following qualities;

You will be passionate about Food & Beverage and providing exceptional standards of service and customer care.

You must have an outgoing personality with a flair for the Restaurant business.

The ideal candidate will come from a quality restaurant background.

You must demonstrate your ability in delivering against targets and managing a team of waiting staff.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all staff development

The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead a team
