Position Overview & Specifications

My client a well established manufacturing company based in Blackburn is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their warehouse despatch team on a temp-perm basis. The basic working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm but over time would be available during busy periods.
Duties will include:
  • Picking and packing of orders.
  • Despatching of orders.
  • Handling incoming goods.
  • Replenishing stock.
  • Packaging and labelling of products.
This position would be perfect for you if you have:
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • High level of accuracy as counting & checking delivery/despatch information is essential.
  • Good communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Able to work well in a team.
  • Have a positive attitude.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for full time, long term work within in the Blackburn area. This company offers free on site parking or alternatively is close to transport links to the town centre and surrounding areas.
