Investment Associate - Private Equity

We are seeking an Investment Associate - Private Equity to join our fast-paced, growing and dynamic business.

Responsibilities:

• Support team head in forming investment strategy and the roadmap Conduct in-depth industry research and propose investment ideas
• Screen investment opportunities and prepare analysis report
• Deal execution, including due diligence, coordination, negotiation and documentation
• Write internal reports, summaries mainly in Chinese

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in investment sector, good financial modelling skills
• Be able to conduct business meetings in both English and Chinese Spoken and written mandarin at native level is a preferred
• Flexible enough to go beyond PE investment, e.g. property management and investment
• Comfortable with different time zone working environment and willing to travel abroad when needed
• Be able to work under pressure with tight timeline or multi-task when needed
