Position Overview & Specifications
You will be joining a small team which run all the administrative functions of the Golf Club.
Full Time (40 hours per week) - Monday to Friday
Duties will include:
- Managing incoming calls and emails from visitors
- Using the Club's booking system to make tee time arrangements, as well as on site accommodation bookings
- Dealing with a wide range of face to face member and visitor enquiries
- Liaising with other departments within the Club, such as the Pro Shop, Caterers, Maintenance and Starters
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships and comminucate confidently with people at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise a busy workload
- Ability to respect confidentiality
- Be friendly and approachable and always willing to go the extra mile for members and visitors
- Proficient in the use of Word & Excel
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Prior knowledge of Sage and/or Intelligent Golf (preferred but not essential)
- GCSE or equivalant in English and Maths
- Prior experience of working in an office environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
