Chef de Partie

We are looking for candidates with the following:

Loves cooking with the freshest ingredients
Wants to learn and progress
Good understanding of vegetarian/ vegan/ gluten free dishes
On top of food hygiene and allergen checks
Health and safety aware
You need to have experience in a similar role with a real passion for food
