Trainee Product Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Sales Team as a Trainee Product Specialist, where you will be the first point of contact for customers looking to invest in a new vehicle.

As a Trainee Product Specialist, you will be fully committed to our organisation’s aim which is to deliver the best experience within the industry. You will pride yourself on providing excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships which will be crucial when showcasing the business’ award-winning range of vehicles.

Your duties will include:

• Confirming key features and benefits.
• Appraisal of part exchange vehicles.
• Arranging demonstrations.
• Presenting our range of vehicles
• Keep showroom and forecourts looking pristine.
• Answering customer questions, including face to face, over the telephone, by email and video interaction.
• Building and maintaining relationships.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct vehicle for their needs.

No experience is necessary as the business will provide full product training.

You must hold a full UK driving licence (no more than six points)

A rota averaging 40.5 hours per week with shifts between 9am and 7pm Monday to Sunday.

Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
