What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for first and second fix installations in domestic properties, as well as maintenance and repair work. You will coordinate with the Contract Manager to understand jobs allocated to you, and to provide a high quality of service to our customers. You will be expected to follow current rules and regulations related to plumbing, to ensure all systems pass inspection first time. A high attention to detail is also required as you will be expected to maintain records of the jobs you attend.
What we’d like from you
You will have a plumbing background, but additional trades experience including bricklaying, carpentry, roofing, electrical engineering etc will also be beneficial. Qualifications and technical skills we’d love to see
- NVQ 2/3 or equivalent experience in Plumbing/Carpentry/Building or similar
- Experience with carpentry, roofing or minor glazing would be highly beneficial
- Full clean UK driving licence an up to date CSCS card and CRB check are preferred but not essential
