Position Overview & Specifications

We are seeking an experienced Product and Project Manager to oversee the development and delivery of our company's products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality.

The Product and Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs. There are multiple new and existing products/ websites to work on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce a website scope document that will be shared with the developers.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and improve existing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate product launches, including working with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and recommend solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, engineering, marketing or computer science.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from ideation to launch, with a focus on software or technology products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
