Lecturer in Catering / Front of House

JOB REF: 1660: VARIABLE HOURS LECTURER IN CATERING/FRONT OF HOUSE

£18.10 - £19.99 per taught hour, dependent on qualifications and experience

A Variable Hours Lecturer is required to teach on catering courses at Levels 1, 2 and 3. You will work for at least two days per week teaching on study programme courses on an ‘as and when required’ basis. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity for further work, which could include evening course delivery, catering clubs, periods of sickness, leave and busy periods.

You must be qualified to a minimum Level 3 (or equivalent) in an appropriate catering or hospitality qualification. Proven, relevant industrial experience is essential. You will preferably have teaching experience but this is not essential, you must be willing to undertake the necessary teacher training.
