As a warehouse Operative in our ECOMMERCE Distribution Centre you are part of the operational team ensuring the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of our goods.

Your work details:

• Working 18:00- 02:00 on a 5 in 7 shift pattern, on a 7- Week rolling rota – This involves weekend work
• £12.24 per hour increasing to £13.26 after 22.00, plus 1.5x overtime rate
• 37.5 hours a week guaranteed on a permanent contract.

• You will be on your feet throughout the day – Getting your steps in walking and lifting our clothing items.

Your warehouse operative responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders using warehouse management systems
• Processing stock in an accurate manager using the appropriate methods
• Checking returned items for damage or missing items
• Have a systematic eye for detail to carry out precise and efficient work
• Motivated to hit KPI targets set by managers
• Confident with lifting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting for 7.5 hours a day
• Communicating with Managers to ensure the shift runs to a high standard
• Understanding of the importance of Health and Safety standards
• Ensuring work areas are well organised, clean, and tidy
