Embroidery Machinist

Due to expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who can join our team to oversee the personalisation and embroidery department. This is a hands on position using embroidery machines but will also involve working closely with our Manager to set production requirements, monitor stock levels and manage staff.

Full training will be provided but ideal candidates will -

· be a reliable team player with outstanding organisation skills

· be confident in using embroidery machinery

· demonstrate sound computer abilities

· have excellent communication skills

· have a can do attitude and a keen eye for detail

Successful applicants will also -

· be creative and have an artistic flair, with the ability to finish off handcrafted goods

· be able to build positive relationships

· have high standards and take pride in their work

· be practical, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

· work at our assembly and distribution studio based on Red Marsh Industrial Estate

In return we will offer:

· a competitive rate of pay

· 35 – 39 hours a week over 5 days - Monday to Friday (with a lunchtime finish at the end of the week)
