A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Shoot Producer to join our Mini Boden team. This exciting position will have a focus on producing shoots for our catalogue and digital content.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Producing shoots for our catalogue and digital content across Mini Boden.
Day to day management of a shoot assistant whilst coaching and mentoring.
Ownership and management of budgets of varying sizes.
Setting schedules and working to tight deadlines.
Working with external production companies overseas.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience with Childrenswear shoots and knowledge of child performance licenses.
Experience with managing a budget is a must as well as being able to prioritise and organise your workload.
Flexibility to manage constantly changing priorities and feel comfortable working alone and within a team.
Previous experience managing a team.
