Customer Host

Halliwell Jones North Wales is looking for a Customer Host.

Your role

The position is located at our North Wales Centre which is a fantastic facility which has been recently modernised and includes BMW and MINI Sales, and Aftersales. We provide ongoing training and development together with great career progression opportunities.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers with a smile and a warm welcome - ensuring that their needs are attended to promptly and professionally.
• Handling telephone enquiries with the same care and attention as in-person interactions. You'll need to be a great listener, with excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly understand and respond to customer needs.
• Looking after customers in the customer lounge, seating them down, and offering them refreshments. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where customers can relax while they wait.
• Ensure that every enquiry is handled in a way which exceeds customer expectations and leaves a lasting positive impression.

25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm

Your profile

As our ideal candidate, you'll have a passion for customer service and a track record of delivering outstanding results. You'll be confident, friendly, and personable, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to help customers. You'll also have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.

• Basic knowledge of computer applications, such as MS Office, is a must. You'll be comfortable using technology to manage enquiries and communicate with colleagues.
• An enthusiastic, dynamic, and team-oriented personality. You'll be someone who brings positive energy to the workplace and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and enquiries while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
