We're a global market-leading manufacturer of temporary perimeter protection systems.
We lead the industry in product design and manufacturing, producing some of the industry’s most innovative solutions in temporary perimeter protection systems to improve safety and suit industry-specific applications.
Due to recent expansion, we are recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer to assist in hardware and software support across our 4 manufacturing sites and 15 depots.
The position is based out of our Chelmsford office and will require occasional travel to all our sites
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- IT support via helpdesk, phone, email, and face to face.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a 1st Line Support role
- Experience of hardware support for desktops, printers, laptops, networking etc.
- Experience of application support with Office365, Windows 10/11.
- Good attitude and ability to take ownership of work.
- Excellent communication and good customer support experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Monday- Friday
Essential
- Laptop / Desktop builds.
- Microsoft Office365
- Knowledge of the basics of networking.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Full clean Driving License.
Desirable
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure
- Active Directory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
