Promotions and Sales Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

• Brand development - representing our clients’ brands across a variety of events in a professional manner with the aim of increasing their exposure
• Product knowledge - keeping up to date with our clients’ policies and terms of use to ensure that we provide accurate information so that our customers can make an educated decision
• Customer acquisition - aiming every conversation towards increasing our clients’ consumer pool
• Customer service - ensuring every costumer has a positive experience regardless of the outcome of the conversation
• Team work - supporting the Team Manager in the running of the event, abiding to their guidelines and assisting them in the set up of the promotion

Salary: £25,500.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
