£60,000 to £70,000 + company car + bonus

We are delighted to be working with a well-established manufacturer of products for the construction markets to recruit for their new General Manager.

Reporting into Directors you will play a key role in day-to-day management across the facility, this will include;

• Coordination of production and sales departments
• Assigning performance objectives
• Recruit and train employees to achieve sales and profitability
• Set polices and processes in line with budgets
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time.
• Delegate responsibility whilst enforcing polices and procedures
• Other ad hoc duties as required

What we are looking for!

• High level of experience as a General manager within a production / manufacturing environment
• Exceptional leadership skills and attributes
• Track record successfully delivering targets and improvements
• Good negotiation, organisational and interpersonal skills
