Bison Beach Bar | Full Time & Part Time Bar Staff

The Bison Beach Bar is back!

The stunning Sea Lanes project is nearing completion and we are looking for the most enthusiastic and hard working Bar Staff in the city to help us run one of the most exciting new venues in the UK. Our 350 capacity indoor/outdoor bar will be at the heart of the hospitality area at the Sea Lanes National Open Water Swimming Centre.

As well as the 50m heated outdoor pool, the site will include a wide range of Swimming, Sea Sport and Health & Wellbeing projects and some of Brighton & Hove's best food operators.

The Bison Beach Bar will be a hub of activity, with DJs, live music, pop-ups and a range of curated locally focused events.

• An understanding of how to provide excellent customer service.
• Commitment and flexibility. A willingness to help out at short notice.
• A responsible and professional attitude to work and working relationships.
• Some level of product knowledge with premium beer, wine or spirits.
• Some experience of working with food service.
• The desire to work within, and help create a fun and active working environment.
