Full Time Opportunities
£10.75 per hour ( £20,9620.50 to £22,360 per annum based on 37.5 to 40 hours/week)

Shifts: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm
Onsite for orientation and initial training, with the opportunity to Work from Home

Located in Glasgow City Centre (5 min. from Central Station)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Inbound / Outbound communications with customers through telephone / e-mail / chat / SMS / web-site
• Provide 1st class customer service to help our customers resolve their accounts and offer additional support
• Understand the clients products and services to help find the best solutions for the customer
• Update customer files with appropriate information in the multiple databases available, as required
