Sales Executive - Remote - £26,000.00 + Benefits

Enrolment into the University of Bibby is now open. But what does that mean to you as our new Sales Executive?

It means that you get 12 months to learn as much as you can by completing our Sales Academy Program and working within multiple areas of the business to gain an understanding of all of our products and services. You will also complete a UK Finance Foundation course and ultimately graduate (by way of a guaranteed promotion) into a Business Development Executive.

You will do all of this after just one year. Imagine what your second, third and fourth year with us will bring you.

Our previous Sales Executives have gone on to become Assistant Corporate Managers, Relationship Managers, Corporate Managers and Business Development Managers. Which means that this is not only your next job and the one after that, but a guaranteed opportunity for you to forge a career that suits your own personal interests.

You’ll be a home starter. This means that your base is from home but you’ll have the autonomy to decide what your working week looks like. One week you could be spending everyday out on the road going to see prospects, the next you could be networking and growing your introducer base, the week after you might be on a learning rotation in Manchester or Birmingham.

By developing your own personal network internally and externally, this will allow you to attend events to build your own portfolio of clients and really get your name out in the market to set you up for future success.

You’ll also find that everybody in the business is always visible and accessible to help you out when needed. The Sales Academy is the future workforce of BFS so we all want to ensure you have the skills, knowledge and resources to be the best you can be.
