Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking to employ someone for the position of operations manager.
You will be responsible for overseeing our landscaping jobs as well as working on them with our landscaping teams.
You will remove waste and collect materials when and where necessary using our tipper truck.
You will be responsible for checking and maintaining our high standards of work, site tidiness; timekeeping and presentation of staff.
You will be responsible for liaising with our clients.
You will be required to complete landscaping jobs on occasion.
You must have experience in all aspects of landscaping, customer service and people management.
You must be punctual, reliable, hard-working and presentable.
Our tipper truck will be provided to you so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bournemouth, Dorset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- landscaping: 2 years (preferred)
