Role Summary
Behaviorally seeks a driven, forward-thinking, organized project manager to join our delivery/operation team.
The Project manager is responsible for managing all aspects of design stim coordination & field activities for quantitative, qualitative, and shopper research projects, to ensure that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters, and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning: responsible for developing a project plan that outlines the timeline, budget, and resources required.
- Resource Management: responsible for managing effectively the resources required for the project, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Budget Management: responsible for managing the project budget. This involves tracking expenses and managing costs to ensure the project stays within budget.
- Project Monitoring and Control: The project manager is responsible for monitoring project progress and adjusting as necessary. This may involve tracking project performance against the project plan, identifying issues and taking corrective action to ensure the project stays on track.
- Quality Control: The project manager is responsible for ensuring that the project meets the highest standards of quality, including adherence to research methodologies, the accuracy of data, and compliance with ethical standards.
Skill Set Required
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in completing all tasks.
- Microsoft proficient: excel , PPT
- Strong internal/external client management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Time management, managing tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Problem-Solving: must be able to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively,
- Organized
- Multi-tasking
