Class 2 HGV Driver

Our client is a long established company. Innovative and dynamic, they are constantly pursuing new ways to improve the services and products they offer. An opportunity has arisen for a Class 2 Driver to join their team on a long•term temporary basis.

This is the ideal role for a Class 2 Driver looking to develop their career with an award•winning company.

As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring your vehicle is kept to an excellent condition on a daily basis.

Your duties will include:

• Checking delivery goods are on the wagon and signed off

• Multi•drop throughout North Yorkshire

• Working to tight deadlines
• Dealing directly with customers at point of delivery

To be considered for the role of Class 2 Driver, you must have:

• A clean UK Driving Licence
• A Digi Tacho Card
• A CPC license
• Experience driving a rigid trailer

• Experience of multi•drop plant machinery

Additionally, you must possess high levels of accuracy with good numeracy and organisational skills. Although not essential, your own vehicle is advised due to the location of the client
