About us
Offering spectacular student accommodation in the heart of Aberdeen, Bauhaus Student consists of carefully styled, spacious studios and great facilities. Properties are all well located for travel to the University of Aberdeen and Robert Gordon University campuses.
Bauhaus Student is growing and we will be welcoming another two properties to our portfolio in the coming months. Due to this growth we have an opportunity for a professional, hard-working and passionate individual who will manage our multi-site purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) offering in Aberdeen.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day business operations across our properties, including sales, guest care and staff management in order to ensure the successful running of the business.
Prior sector experience would be a massive advantage, although comparable hospitality experience would also be considered.

Key responsibilities include:
- Sales: overseeing initial responses to new enquiries, through to viewings and contracting, undertaking regular competitor analysis and keeping up to date with market changes
- Guest care: Pre-arrival liaison, on-arrival inductions and ongoing liaison as required
- Finance: overseeing payment receivables and managing accounts in arrears
- Property management and maintenance: including identifying and managing repairs and upgrades (utilising in house and external contractors when required), compliance with H&S and statutory testing, ongoing checks and monitoring of all aspects within the buildings
- Housekeeping: Setting housekeeping schedule and monitoring quality of work
- Staff management: Direct line management of a receptionist, maintenance specialist and housekeeper
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00 per year

- Aberdeen: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
