Bart & Taylor are a collection of award-winning, premium boutique bars and restaurants, spanning from London to the North of England, Each with their own unique concept and style.

We are now recruiting Cocktail Bartenders for our brand new site, FERN, in East Croydon. Due to open late March 2023.

FERN will be a 7 day operation, trading from early morning for commuter coffees and prework breakfasts, to business brunches and catch-up lunches in the afternoon, through to family gatherings and romantic meals in the evening. FERN will boast a food offering which is unique to the area,

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking and experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our opening team.

About the Role:

• Prepare drinks and cocktails orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other equipment.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to bar set-up area. Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Process card payment methods.
• Running drinks to tables.
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets and storage areas. Complete closing duties.
• Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service in a fast paced atmosphere.
• Work as a team in setting up and preparing the bar before service begins.
• Consider your customer’s satisfaction at every stage of their visit, from seating them at their table, to ensuring their bill is paid and they are happy with their experience.
• Develop a high level of knowledge about our food , wine or cocktails menus
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever possible.
• You will be required to work weekends and evenings.

Interviews will be held from 20/02/23 and all applicants must be available for training and launch between the 27/03/23 and 09/04/23.
