The role


As a Supply Team Leader, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This role provides direction, support, and guidance across all Supply Operations.


Day to day,


  • Assist the Supply manager to identify opportunities to develop and/or introduce talent into Supply by conducting meaningful PDRs and SQEP/Competency reviews at all levels, including succession plan for critical/regulatory roles.
  • Help to maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure inter dependencies are effectively managed to enhance end user customer experience.
  • Assist the Supply Manager to deliver SHEQ improvement strategy within Supply to improve risk/hazard identification and management and continuing to deliver against the care and learn agenda on site.
  • Continue to encourage and empower the team to create a safe and secure world together (Purpose) by being curious, kind, collaborating, being courageous, owning and delivering and thinking outcomes (Principles).

Essential experience of the Supply Team Leader


  • Extensive experience in warehousing and distribution in all fast-moving logistical environments
  • Extensive experience in implementing SHEQS to a large warehouse environment.
  • Proactive and forward thinking to enable forecasting and proficient planning, effectively developing, and implementing improved processes to meet short and long-term goals.
  • Active practicable leadership skills.
  • Highly adaptive fast-moving attitude and working ethos.
  • Approachable, understanding and extremely hard working, focused on ensuring all tasks received and given are completed professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Able to attend and complete mandatory courses.

This role is full time and is based on site at RAF Northolt



The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
