Depot Operations Manager

Due to continued growth and expansion B & T Hicks Transport urgently require a Depot Operations Manager for our Hereford Division. Immediate start on successful completion of onsite interview and assessment.

Role & responsibilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must.
• Extensive knowledge of pallet network and general haulage is a key requirement.
• You will have responsibility for fuel efficient planning of a fleet circa 15-20 HGV'S covering the Herefordshire area.
• Communicate daily with the Welsh division on depot performance and monitoring of all HGV and Driver compliance regulations
• Maintain existing customer accounts and potentially expend with new opportunities created.

Shifts:

Monday - Friday start and finish times flexible subject to daily workload.

Rates of Pay:

· £40k - £45k per year subject to experience.

· Bonus pay scheme can be discussed at interview.
