Want to be part of a great team whilst enjoying a healthy work life balance within the beautiful Yorkshire Dales? Here at the Aysgarth Falls Hotel we are currently seeking a full time housekeeper to commence the new season with us in our newly refurbished hotel.

THE ROLE

The role will see the successful candidate join our small but dedicated housekeeping team within the hotel covering the following areas and duties;

Making and stripping beds

Cleaning of hotel bedrooms and bathrooms

Restocking the bedrooms with fresh products and inventory

The daily cleaning of hotel communal areas

Window cleaning, hoovering and general cleaning of hotel areas and appliances

Ability to follow the daily and monthly deep cleaning schedule

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, hard working and naturally motivated. Working as part of a team is of great importance in this role as well as working under ones own initiative. We are an eleven bedroom property and adhere to high standards of cleanliness throughout the building. Previous experience is preferred although not essential as full training and guidance will be provided by our housekeeping manager.

HOURS AND REMUNERATION

This is a full time and permanent position based on 40hrs per week with a bi-weekly rota based on 4 or 5 shifts per week on with 2 days off which includes every second weekend off. The ideal start date shall be early April and the rate of pay is £10.50 per hour. Staff uniform is part provided as well as staff discount and free parking.
