We have an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team as a Treasury and Financial Accounts Analyst on a 6-month fixed term basis (or secondment)! In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of inter-company reconciliation in Avanti and plays a key part in the period end process that happens across First Group in relation to inter-company.

Key accountabilities for this role include:

Period end inter-company reconciliation and associated inter-company work being a key contact with other First Group companies for all inter-company queries.
Reviewing inter-company process for process improvements
Balance sheet reconciliations for payroll and pensions
Annual completion of P11Ds
Provide support to the Financial Accounting Manager in other areas including cash flow forecasting and reporting.

You will be able to demonstrate:

ACCA part or fully qualified
Strong background of balance sheet reconciliations preferably including inter-company reconciliations
Experience of working to tight deadlines during the period end process
Excellent communication, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills to build solid working relationships across Avanti and First Group
