Quality Administrator
£25,000 per annum
Full Time, 6 Months FTC
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Autograph Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a local business, They are seeking a full-time Quality Administrator to join their well-established, family feel team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. This role has opportunity on being made permanent for the right individual.
Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, the successful candidate required to be organised, have a background in Administration and have a basic knowledge of Quality / Document control. Diligent, tidy, endowed with common sense and the ability to take responsibility. Consistent and able to complete tasks thoroughly applying intelligence and broader understanding where necessary. Good under pressure, punctual, and flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
· Checking incoming goods material paperwork
· To support with data recording
· To support Quality Project Engineers in the compilation of project related documentation files and manufacturing record books
· To support the Quality Manager in the effective running of the Quality Department
- Provide a timely and accurate response to enquiries
- Maintaining good relationships with clients and contacts
- Keep spreadsheets up to date and accurate
- Carrying out general office duties such as maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing, archiving, and document scanning
Key Skills:
- Organisational skills
- Basic Quality / Document Control understanding
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Analytical and numeracy skills
- Communication skills and the ability to work as a team as well as on own initiative
- Proficient across Microsoft platforms
