Position Overview & Specifications

This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme Coordinator to work within a globally renowned technology company for 6 months on a fixed term contract fully remotely!

Programme Coordinator Responsibilities:

Tracking status and progress on quality efforts across multiple horizontal and vertical product teams and communicating blockers and cross team dependencies
Maintaining documentation on process, product and design principles, and guidance for partner teams
Facilitating meetings, capturing notes and clearly communicating action items and follow ups to all stakeholders to drive teams forward in the product development process
Coordinating tasks and triaging to appropriate stakeholders
Managing calendar invites, schedules, room bookings, and agendas for all meetings and workshops
Creating regular reports and communications on program health, progress, and status to relevant stakeholders
Running retrospectives to identify process improvements
Collaborating closely with Design Program Managers and Product Managers to prioritize and de-prioritize workstreams

Programme Coordinator Essentials:

Minimum of 4 years of project coordination experience, ideally within tech
Experience working in environments with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise appropriately
