Executive Assistant - Mandarin Speaking

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

A permanent opportunity as an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO of a leading property company! Please note, the postholder must be fluent in Mandarin.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

Providing diary management to the CEO (UK based) and ad-hoc CFO (Germany based)
Answering and directing telephone calls
Inbox management
Liaising with an external travel agent to coordinate travel bookings
Office Management duties
Providing general administration support
Attending meetings and minute taking
Maintaining and monitoring expenses

Executive Assistant Essentials:

Must be fluent in Mandarin
1-2 years of Personal or Executive Assistant experience
Experience with managing stakeholders
An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
Highly organised with a pro-active working style
Tech savvy being proficient with Microsoft 365 and being able to pick on internal systems quickly
