Position Overview & Specifications
Salary: £26.44 per hour
This is a 12 month temporary opportunity for an Executive Assistant to work for one of the world’s leading technology companies! Our client is looking for a proactive and passionate candidate with previous Executive Assistant experience within a financial or technology industry to fill this role.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Proactively schedule, maintain, and update calendar events, considering different time zones and optimising calendar management
- Execute expense management activities including reports, invoices, and purchase orders
- Assess and advocate for office space needs, including manage requests for space accommodations and liaise with internal partners
- Prepare meetings for the executive or team, ensuring meeting rooms, equipment and materials are organised
- Plan and organise internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors
- Complete travel coordination tasks, including scheduling and coordinating travel for executive(s) and team(s), organising business-related, pre-travel preparation and may travel with or remain on call to respond to urgent requests
- Working knowledge of G-suite products
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive and self-starter mindset
- Fast paced and agile working style that responds well to change
- Minimum 2 years of direct executive experience
- Experience supporting with business events and projects
- Previous experience within financial or technology industry
