Your role

As a talented medical aesthetician with advanced skincare knowledge, many years of experience and a passion for skincare, you will bring your in-depth knowledge of skin and aesthetic treatments to support and develop the team.

This clinic is equipped with a range of advanced aesthetic technologies and products. You will perform skincare therapies and device-led face and body treatments, using your expertise to provide clients with a bespoke treatment plan, advice and aftercare that is tailored to their individual requirements.

You will support the clinic manager with the monthly standardisation sessions ensuring protocols and policies are adhered to and delivering the highest level of patient care, ensuring that each patient journey is flawless from start to finish. You will work as an integral part of a close-knit team, supporting your colleagues and helping to ensure the clinic is well maintained, and patient care standards remain exceptional.

Skills and experience required

We are looking for a proactive and friendly aesthetician with advanced skincare knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.

To apply for this role you must also:

• Be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 or equivalent
• Have at least two years of experience performing aesthetic treatments
• Have extensive experience using aesthetic and laser devices
• Be friendly and confident, with excellent customer service skills
• Be flexible with your working hours, the role involves evening and weekend shifts
• You will be commercially strong with a good track record of sales, upselling and cross converting
• Computer literate
• Be a team player

You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and retain a high-end clientele, by providing excellent service and maintaining a professional attitude at all times in line with the 5 Star Standard of the Clinic.

Tuesday 09.30 - 14.30

Thursday 09.30 - 18.00

Friday 09.30 - 17.30

1-2 Saturday a month to be added in a few months after starting
