Are you a skilled Product Manager with demonstrable experience in app development teams, loyalty programmes or marketing technology products?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Product Manager to work on the vision and backlog development of the Asda Rewards app. Reporting to the Product Owner, you will interpret the app strategy into deliverables with technology partners and internal stakeholders, progressing items from backlog to go live.

Your Role:

  • Lead and drive delivery of key Asda Rewards app developments, as per business priorities, across all internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the Product Owner to define the vision for the app, optimise the customer experience, and drive business goals and metrics
  • Efficiently and effectively manage progression of backlog items through solution design, build and test stage gates
  • Agree and manage expectations on delivery timescales and outcomes across all stakeholders, making recommendations for prioritisation where necessary
  • Work with the concept development team and technology partners to scope and interpret new ideas into real features that fulfill customer and business needs
  • Liaise with UX and UI experts to ensure designs are aligned with app and customer strategy
  • Manage technology partners to ensure their time and cost is as efficient as possible
  • Facilitate broad stakeholder workshops and meetings to deliver agreed outcomes for the app
  • Update project sponsors and programme managers on progress and RAID items requiring escalation in a timely manner

About you:

  • You are an experienced Product Manager who has previously worked in a digital/technology space – ideally on loyalty programmes, marketing technology ecosystems or other app development
  • You have a strong ability to align all stakeholders around the vision and strategy for an app or digital product
  • You have a proven track record of prioritising and delivering product developments aligned to corporate and customer strategy
  • You have broad experience of working with internal and external technology partners
  • You understand and can interpret market/customer data
  • You will be familiar with operating in large corporate and programme management structures
  • You are proactive and resilient, a strong leader and team player, with excellent stakeholder management skills
