Duties and Responsibilities
The duties include all work normally covered by that job title or as otherwise directed by your immediate manager. In particular, you will carry out the following:

• To deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes, following shop’s order forms, on a daily basis.
• To deliver any paperwork and marketing material prepared by the office team to the company’s shop on a daily basis
• On occasion, deliver catering directly to customers following routes and time schedule
• To ensure every delivery is received on time
• To receive and process external deliveries
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• To complete paperwork for the vehicle check and maintenance
• To assist in ensuring a high level of health and safety, cleanliness and food hygiene and to ensure that safe working practices are followed
• To adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems
• To report any problems to the shift leader/ supervisor or to one of the directors
• On performing your duties, exercise them with due diligence and loyalty such knowledge skill and expertise as may be reasonably be expected of a person carrying out such duties

Requirements

• Valid driving licence
• Polite and hard-working with a can-do attitude
• Enthusiastic and motivated
• Exceptionally clean and tidy
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team, willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
