Position Overview & Specifications
We are seeking a highly organized and confident professional for the position of Administrative Assistant in our London Studio.
As a vital member of the Support Team, you will report to the Regional Studio Manager and be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Role:
- Providing general office support such as answering phone calls, managing visitors, meetings, and deliveries.
- Responsible for coordinating equipment and stationery orders, and assisting the architectural team in producing reports and documents, uploading and distributing project information, and ensuring quality assurance procedures are maintained.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience of working in a pressurized environment, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation is essential.
- A cooperative and collaborative team member, with excellent attention to detail, able to work proactively on their initiative and prioritize workload, would be well-suited to this role.
- Knowledge of the architecture/construction industry would be advantageous.
