Position Overview & Specifications

The Position:

We are looking for a Trainee Project Manager to join Arch in London. This role will report into the UK Transformation Team, providing administrative support and assistance to the Project Managers. This will involve collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are captured and that deadlines are on track. Working to ensure projects are delivered to the timescale set by the project team.

A pro-active and flexible approach is required to complete work accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have enthusiasm and a desire to progress within the Arch organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

Assistant with planning, scheduling, and controlling project activities to fulfil objectives.

Be supported in developing communication cadence to enable successful delivery of each initiative.
Monitoring and tracking the progress of projects, providing status updates as required.
Managing and tracking project budget where required.
Delivering accurate, concise, and high-quality project documentation in line with business requirements.
Assisting with managing and reporting on project risks.
Establishing effective engagement and communication with key stakeholders.

Required Skills/Experience:

High computer literacy and intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Enthusiastic, hardworking and driven individual
Ability to prioritise and organise workload in order to meet tight deadlines.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with confidence to ask questions and build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
Flexible approach and ability to recognise and adapt to changing business requirements.
Team focused
Desire to gain knowledge and skills and develop through gaining professional qualifications
Ideally educated to Graduate level
