We are expanding our team in and around Birmingham and require experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to support our service users with their complex care needs.

Are you an experienced Carer or Support Worker who is committed, motivated and enjoys delivering one to one support?

This could be just the position you are looking for!

We provide care to adults and children who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.

If you have….

• At least 3 months experience in care
• The time to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week
• A driving a licence (desirable)
• A passion to make a difference
• A desire to progress your career

• Our pay rates start from £10.50 per hour whilst shadowing
• Excellent pay rates once fully trained, min £11.00 per hour (package dependent)
• Enhanced rates apply on Weeknights, Weekends & Bank Holidays

• Spinal Injury Knowledge
• Tracheostomy Care
• Ventilation Management
• Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)

Shifts Available

• Full Time & Part Time – Shift Times TBC
• Days & Waking Nights & School Hours
