Contract Term: 2 Months (Possibility of extension)

Location: Nobel House, London ( 5 days a week in office)

As an Index of Exempted Dogs - Administrative Support your main responsibilities would be:

· Scan paper files and upload onto the system

· Follow file naming protocols

· Maintain security at all times

· Provide regular updates about progress

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• Candidate will need to work independently
• Have an excellent eye for detail
• Be organised and strategic in organising their work.
• Must be able to follow and maintain file naming protocol
• Be diligent in ensuring they work in an ordered way
• Being able to provide regular progress updates to their supervisor
