Key Responsibilities


  • Define and coordinate robust engineering processes.
  • Developing manufacturing processes to optimise output and efficiency.
  • Generate and implement engineering solutions to take products from development to full production.
  • Support key business projects.
  • Introduce creative quality improvements to achieve ‘Right First Time’ standards.
  • Investigate and evaluate test equipment improvements resulting in an increase in test equipment reliability or efficiency.
  • Resolve manufacturing problems in a timely manner.
  • Design and develop solutions to maximize production efficiency.
  • Review processes to seek opportunities to implement automation.

  • Experience using SolidWorks CAD
  • Working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering
  • Geographically available to attend on site.

  • Be fluent in oral and written English.
