Hostel Warden REQUIRED

Hostel Warden required to maintain a Hostel in the Evington area of Leicester. No experience necessary but experience preferable.

Your duties will include:

• Daily cleaning to keep the hostel to a good standard
• Greeting residents on arrival and helping them to settle into the accommodation
• Changing and washing bedding/towels
• Supervising breakfast times and cleaning up afterwards
• Monitoring CCTV system
• Reporting issues to hostel management
• Being able to deal with conflict and remain calm under pressure
• Liaising with support workers, social workers and other third parties
• Professionalism is a key ingredient for this role
• A clear DBS Check is a pre requisite for this job

The salary is £10.50 per hour and working hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview. Various shifts available including weekend and evening work.
