Overview of role

Location: Walthamstow

Key Accountabilities

To pro-actively identify issues and escalate when required.

To work with all departments on site and relevant Head Office departments.

To be responsible for placing orders for a wide variety of stock for all departments.

Be proactive in resolution of any queries, dealing with both internal and external customers.

Deal with invoices daily to ensure they are processed efficiently and accurately.

Provide clear and up to date information to the Facilities Manager as required.

Maintain a current knowledge of all Facilities processes including SAP, Laundry and locker control, Security, Contractors, Ordering protocols, and other tasks.

The Right Person

Demonstratable experience in managing a mixed portfolio of tasks.

Strong computer literacy, preferably with experience in SAP.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage own workload within set targets.

Strong attention to detail.
