A day in the life of…

As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will assist the Manager by supervising all aspects of the Restaurant team, as well as assist overseeing any events within the hotel. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.

To ensure and support the effective management of the hotel conference banqueting to maintain high standards of food and beverage targets and provide a positive all round guest experience. With a highlighted focus on beverage sales, average SPH on beverage during events and in the restaurant and maintaining of the event bars standards as well as supporting all FB outlets when the CB business is quiet.

Based in The View Hotel, Eastbourne you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. Experience in a previous leadership role will be advantageous and the right candidate needs to be confident in their approach, willing to drive and suggest new ideas in order to be successful, be self-motivated and engage with guests and colleagues in a positive manner on a day-to-day basis.
