We are on the lookout for a new FULL TIME HEAD COCKTAIL BARTENDER to join our Team in The Escapologist in Covent Garden!

We have fast, fun and kick-ass cocktail bars with vivid brands and mind blowing events. Our mission is to create fantastic and fun cocktails with an engaged service that putting it simply, gets the party started!

What we need from a Bartender:

• Free pouring, shaking a cocktail in each hand and knowing 20-25 cocktails is not easy! But we’ll help you make it look easy!
• We come alive at night! Our bars are open until 2am/3am.
• A multi-tasker who is fast and charismatic. You’ll always look cool shaking our cocktails!
• You’ll be ready to learn how make a variety of cocktails and maybe even some tricks behind the bar!
• It will get very busy, especially over weekends. You must be confident in your skills to show them you’re unstoppable!
• Previous experience as a Bartender is desired but not essential. We need you to let your personality shine as well as your eagerness to become the best bartender in the Venue!

If you have experience with cocktail bartending and free pouring, we would like to support your development further on your journey and appreciate your previous experience with competitive rates. However, if you are a lover of cocktails and the heart of the party but have no knowledge of bartending, do not worry, we are here to help you and give you full training from scratch. We operate a fantastic training program within a growing business, rife with development opportunities in training or in management!

We are looking for people who like to WORK HARD and PLAY HARD at the same time, not afraid to start conversations with stranger and ready to support their team with all their skills.

This is a FULL TIME position available!

Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
