Property Investment Sales Consultant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Investment Broker to join our direct team here at Acorn within our investor relations department.

We are a well-established medium sized housebuilder with a proven track record for over 25 years in building high quality and award winning developments mainly in London, the South West of England and South Wales.

As part of our ongoing expansion we are offering a range of property development investment opportunities for High Net Worth individuals and sophisticated investors

Background:

You will be working from our Investor Relations office based in Crouch End, North London where you will add to an existing successful direct sales team.

Role of our Investment Consultants:

• Contacting warm sales leads that have shown interest in investing into fixed-rate investments and capital growth property-backed investments.

• Understand the client’s risk and investor viability for our product.

• Build rapport, fact find and ask probing questions in order to understand the individual investor profile i.e. High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor.

• Working towards KPIs and targets, both independently and as a team.

As an Investment Consultant you will need to have:

• Previous experience of working within the property investment space (more than 3 years)
• Experience dealing with High Net Worth clients.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Handle and overcome objections
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure and to targets.
• Accurate labelling of calls and CRM management.

In return we offer a consultancy contract with a monthly retainer and an OTE of £70,000.
